- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Damaged packaging or used items are non-returnable and will not be eligible for a refund.

- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-20 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:
- Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return or refund.
